Returns/Refunds
CUSTOMER SATISFACTION	Ascanty / Shirley Lingerie will accept returns for exchange for any product with which you are unsatisfied. Any product must be returned within 10 days for exchange or refund. No Additional Charges For Exchanges including S/H in USA. All items returned must be in re-saleable condition with all Tags and Labels intact. Returns without exchange will be subject to return and restocking fees. We Do Not charge any New Shipping Charges for Exchanges. Returns for Refund may be subject to Return, Refund, & Restocking fees. All return packages must have the Auth. # on the OUTSIDE of the package for prompt service and Memo of explanation inside.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES	For hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns for the following items if the original packaging has been opened or if the item have been tried on: Panties, including G-strings & Thongs.
